One of my favorite latin styles of music, is the Latin Boogaloo. Hard and pounding rhythm borrowed from the Amercian R&B boogaloo beat, latin boogaloo reached its popularity in the mid 50′s to 1960′s. Although its popularity has decreased here in the states, it is still extremely popular in Cali, Colombia.
